Hello, Ive had this problem twice now. Back when Beyond Light released I purchased it and played through the campaign to a certain point then all of a sudden it said I did not own the dlc and I contacted microsoft and they said it was because of a gamepass issue or something, like the dlc was free on gamepass and they took it away. So I reluctantly purchased beyond light again. Now the same thing has happened with the witch queen. I preordered the deluxe edition with the 30th anniversary pack, And im halfway through the campaign and I can no longer access or play witch queen or 30th anniversary things. This makes no sense, I never recieved a refund both times this has happened and I dont know if there is anything bungie can do for me? I dont feel like paying 120$ canadian again. I still have the preorder emblem to prove this and my forerunner and ghjallerhorn, but cant access the content anymore? Ive tried reinstalling but it says I dont own it anymore.
