Starfire Protocol is meant to allow your grenades to recharge faster through empowered weapon kills, but it has been bugged for many months now, dating back to long before Solar 3.0. The old middle tree Dawnblade melee stopped working properly with it a long time ago, and now being Radiant, the replacement to that old middle tree melee effect, still doesn't work with it either, even though "empowered weapon damage" is exactly what Radiant is. It only gives the cooldown reduction when getting kills in Well of Radiance, the same as before, even though Well of Radiance's empowerment is now supposed to be the Radiant effect as well. What gives, Bungie? This bug significantly weakens the exotic, and should have been fixed in the Solar 3.0 update. Please fix this as soon as possible, it should be an easy fix.
