Solo Flawless, no deaths, no teammates, no checkpoints, no weird glitches, no saves. A straight through run and did not receive the triumph... Have run the dungeon solo flawlessly at two separate times already, on two different characters, yet nothing. Please Bungie, I love prophecy and the great content but just wanted to inform of the issue of the triumph missing. I have the screenshots of both runs, time of completion and the missing triumphs.
