Yup. Also removed by hive witches black cloud debuff, stasis slows/freezes, GOA "burden of riches", and many other debuffs and even some buffs remove it. It's been being reported now for a while yet I'm not sure Bungie has even noticed the reports. It hasn't shown up in any TWAB that I've seen nor is it in the 'known issues". On a warlock it's pretty damn frustrating to put up your rift for restoration only for it to immediately go away because some minor debuff removed all restoration from you & your rift is on cooldown now. Really wish Bungie would acknowledge this.
