Trying to solo flawless Duality. But on numerous occasions I've observed either myself while attempting to solo or fireteam mates getting killed as soon as the bell has been popped, despite the fact that you're standing in the circle around the bell, with plenty of time left on the timer, and no Incendior backpacks in the vicinity. This has only happened to me during the 1st encounter while soloing, but when in a fireteam I have had it happen to myself and my fireteam mates across all 3 main encounters and a few times during jumping puzzles. Pretty frustrating.
