While I am aware that not everyone is happy to see the Leviathan returning instead of a new location, I wanted to share my feelings about Patrolling and Roaming the now Derelicted version of it. Farming for Opulent Keys, Seasonal Challeges ecc I've noticed that Patrolling/Roaming the [i]"new" [/i]Derelict Leviathan is kinda fun. Rooms are small, but to compensate this aspect the enemy density and spawning ratio is very high. One's almost always surrounded by enemies, which is fine. Also, they're not just Red Bar Mobs, but also Orange and Yellow Mini-Bosses. Some of these leave Loot, other Chests, other Nightmare Balls [i](sorry, I don't remember the exact name)[/i] to summon the Scythe. The spawn really frequently, sometimes two Yellow Bar Mini Bosses may spawn in two different points at the same time. There are many hidden Bosses with unique spawn mechanics which makes roaming cool. You're just jumping around, making things explode with your Solar 3.0 and suddenly a message appears on the left bottom of your screen: [i]"A red laser briefly passes over your Ghost."[/i] Now you know that a Hidden Boss is somewhere and you go to find it. Suddenly a Cabal Signal is active. You interact with it and now two big allied Cabal are fighting with you to stop a Cabal and a Scorn Boss. And so on with others. Patrols are very fast to complete. Kill Patrols are fast because, as I said, you're always surrounded by enemies. Item Collecting too, same story. Scan Patrols requires you to move from a room to another, but the road it's very short and they actually give you nice lore informations about the Leviathan and Calus. I think Bungie did a very good job in balancing these places for these purpouse and hope they will take this as an example for other locations.
