Can't complete Closing Ceremony quest
I was out of town the final week of Guardian Games, so didn't log in to complete the Closing Ceremony quest. Now I can't progress it since there is no podium in the Tower Courtyard. I also can't abandon it. Any suggestions to clearing it?

same issue, they gave us the quest even after they removed the platform and guardian games
