I am still experiencing the issue where everyone else in my fireteam got the cleaver emblem but me. We finished all encounter in contest mode as well as collected the rewards from each chest. The TWAB said that the emblem had been successfully distributed to every qualified participants despite not having any sort of way (user side) to confirm these prerequisites. There's also no way to submit support tickets for this issue.
