Hello,
I was wondering if it is possible to obtain a refund for the Seasons I purchased that were contained in the Witch Queen/Deluxe 30th Anniversary bundle. Unfortunately, my account was banned, and I am unsure of the reasoning for which my account was banned, and thus, am unable to play the content I purchased. If there are any avenues for me to direct my query, I would appreciate being directed to those. Thank you very much in advance for any help that can be provided.
Additionally, regarding the ban, I attempted to appeal against the ban, but the appeal was not successful and unable to be resolved. If it is possible to speak with a team member who may be able to inform me of the reason for the ban, and if it is feasible to reduce the ban to a restriction, I would be appreciative.

9 OdpowiedziThe reasons most people have a punishment issued to them is: For some form of cheating (ddossing, afk farming, win trading). Playing with cheaters (paying for a carry, sharing account info, or staying in a lobby with a cheater for too long and benefiting from their illegal actions). For most PC tagalongs: They are banned because SOMETHING installed on your PC was viewed as a POTENTIAL threat to D2 and those are PROMPTLY BANNED. ACTIVE cheats for D2 AND Cheats for other games can trigger this. (Cheat Engine, Borderlands Commander, etc.) The process for BANS and RESTRICTIONS involve reports coming in from players or their flag system towards an individual. The person at Bungie HQ reviews it. And they decide if it was warranted or not. Intentionally or not your account broke the rules. Ignorance doesn't exempt you from them. Your account is done.
