The weekly rewards from Eva couldn't be recevied from week 1
Yeah, so I wasn't able to receive any rewards from Eva from week one. I lit up both torches to platinum and I still wasn't able to do it so I just thought maybe when the next weekly reset happens I'll be able to claim them but I just logged in and now it just showing the rewards for week 2. So I would like to know if anybody else is experiencing this or just me and my friends and would it be possible to fix it?

6 OdpowiedziHi there. Thanks for your report. The rewards come from lighting the torches, not the boxes in Eva's inventory. There is currently an issue with these boxes appearing and displaying the incorrect text after lighting the torches. The text should say that the reward has already been claimed if you have lit the torch. Unfortunately, this issue won't be fixed before Guardian Games ends.

Hi everyone ! I too was one of the unfortunate to not be able to open the boxes from eva page 2. Pinnacles or exotics from the chests for lighting the platinum torches are not true since I got neigher … I dont know to to expect from these loots other than RnG …

Is there a way to see who didn't get them and who did? I hope so because I was really excited for a fat loot drop on reset and it just moved on to week 2 rewards.

2 OdpowiedziI was only able to claim 4 boxes despite lighting both sides to platinum! So I am also in this boat of not knowing what happened?

I wasnt able to claim anything as well, i thought i would get them at end of week 1
