I went to Sorrow’s Harbor (Moon) and the enemies were dropping this item called “Ruined Tablets”. I was not doing a patrol either nor did I have a quest that would cause them to drop. There is a patrol in Sorrow’s Harbor that asks you to kill enemies and collect ruined tablets but like I said no patrol was active. When I did activate that patrol the enemies would continue to drop them but the game would not register progress toward the patrol when picking them up. Eventually it would though and the patrol would complete but the ruined tablets would continue to drop even after the patrol was completed.
