Disabled Cross save , lost all my progress
I was having issues with my internet, thought disabling cross save could help as I read across some forums. Now it has reset all my characters. Not able to access my playstation account. iSHINEMATHEW#4292. On Destiny tracker.com I still have the information of the account but no access in game. Is there a way to revert the changes made, that would be really helpful orelse I have to wait for 90 days and I just came back from a break to destiny.

With cross save off your characters go back to only being accessible on the platform they were created on. In your case that is Playstation. So if you wish to continue playing those characters simply log into your PSN account on a PS4/PS5 and you can continue playing. Once your 90 day waiting period ends you can re-enable cross save to access your PSN characters on Steam again.

You should’ve done more research. Disabling cross save has no effect on connection issues. You now have to wait the 90 day cooldown before you can activate cross save again.

One thing I will never understand is why there is no seeking help on forum before you mess things up? So easy come here and ask questions and do things correctly. It is only after Fubar arrives everyone comes begging for help.
