So, I have just spent about 2 or 3 hours trying to do the quest, and every time I go to hack the console, it doesn't show up. I'm sure there is something you can do, but I don't know it. I have tried the old simple trick of jumping off the edge to kill/reset myself, but that does not fix the problem. From what I am seeing, this is an old bug, and I wondered when this might be fixed or if there is currently a workaround. Anything helps.
