Add Emperor's Chosen to Monuments To Lost Lights Legacy Gear
Since the drop rate was obviously still bugged (I completed 241 heroic menageries legitimately and never got the ship and know countless others who experienced this same issue), the least you could do is add it to the Monuments To Lost Lights - Legacy Gear Section so that any guardians whose accounts were bugged for the drop rate can claim the ship if they did x # of Heroic Menageries.
