Devil's Ruin needs a catalyst and it would be amazing. Lower the charge time to around 500 and maybe do something like acrius and give it a larger mag. Not only would this make it viable in PvE, but also in PvP. In PvP right now, the charge time is way too long for it to be good. In PvE, the gun has huge potential and could bring sidearms into the meta for the first time basically. I think this would be a fun meta imo.
