Coup de Grace quest failed to reward The Fourth Mark exotic ship
I just completed the Coup de Grace quest without recieving The Fourth Mark exotic ship. I got the cutscene where Spider frees Crow, so the quest definitely progressed properly. Playing on PC, if that helps.
