So I was happy to see the Mini Tool is still being updated to continue complimenting Mida, but I did notice it has a current masterwork icon for stability, but when you go to upgrade it you can't, the game operation won't allow it, so its stuck at level one. Maybe there are plans for it in the future that aren't active yet in game? Maybe its a glitch? I'm not sure but just wanted to put it out there. This is happening on PC, just in case its some glitch that's specific.
