Purchased Season Pass - But never received No Time to Explain (NTTE) Exotic
I purchased the season pass after starting Beyond Light's campaign.
After finishing the campaign, I still never received the exotic from the Exo Stranger.
I am playing as an Xbox ultimate game pass player and did not purchase the game.
Is a purchase required to receive the exotic this season?

Hi there. NTTE only comes with the deluxe or standard+season pass bundle edition. If you did not purchase either of those and/or got the season pass separately, you will unfortunately not be able to acquire the pulse at this time. They’ll likely add it to the loot pool at a later date, so keep a look out.
