Calamity Protocol emblem didn't drop
I fought my way into the servers and attended the end of season event in The Last City. My wife was able to load into the mission and I kept getting booted, so I joined her. We both ran through the mission and approached the door to load to the event area, and after we loaded the emblem dropped for her and not me. I've seen other people on reddit talking about experiencing this same issue.
