Text auto-hide always reverts to default (off) after game restart

There are various other posts about this issue: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/254414992 https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/256888847 https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/256997045 https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/254426616 Those are just to name a few. Needless to say, this bug is still there. Is Bungie gonna do anything about it? Clearing Steam download cache does not work. PS: A little oops about the title. If any mod sees this, could you help change the title from "Text auto-hide" to "Text chat auto-hide"? Thanks.
