Title says it all. You ended up nerfing Anteus Wards to the point that they're worse than they were before the buffs. All in all, the Wards were in a decent spot, if not slightly undertuned/inconsistent. They didn't block everything, rewarded skillful timing with perfect reflections, and offered a fun niche that fit a number of play styles. Now, they serve one incredibly silly play style... run non-stop in a straight line before you ultimately die. Worst case scenario, the Titan blocks a super for the price of a slide *smh*. Just revert all the changes you made, lower the chip damage, then focus on ironing out some of the bugs with the Wards, please. You shouldn't have to strip an entire exotic of its identity just to buff it.
