I'm not getting to this dude. I've tried all the caves on IO and nothing. It's one of Spider's Bounties. I've even tried on the Tangled Shore, just in case, but nothing has come up. And I kind of remember running into him before. Is it possible that I've already got him? It's on my list of Triumphs, and I've only got three more to go before I finish them all....
