[b]Update:[/b] I was able to claim the reward through the Bungie site. The email did not work, so for anyone else having the same issue, just log in to your Bungie.net account, click your profile picture, select "Rewards", and you can get the code via this. I received an email saying I was able to purchase the Titan Guardian Games box because I had completed the quest for the Titan exotic shell. I play on PC, so I went through the email, selected "Steam" from the options, logged into my Steam, and suddenly it said, "Unlock required". Why is it telling me this when I unlocked and obtained the shell in game? Is anyone else having this issue? I really want to buy the box, and am disappointed I can't. Also, there are no in-game triumphs to claim. My triumphs page is currently all collected.
