Is my item bugged or are faction rally ornaments not usable on new class items? I am unable to apply the Dead Orbit ornaments to a Stella Incognita Cloak I recently got. It does not appear as an option under Armor Cosmetics. I have these ornaments unlocked and am able to use the set on other base Dead Orbit (Anti-Extinction) items, but not this one. I do not have this issue with other armor sets (New Monarchy, Future War Cult) though I have not gotten their class items. I'd really appreciate assistance getting this figured out.
