This issue has been plaguing me since i installed the game when it was released on steam: my character has no name, all my steam friends appear as blank names as well and i appear as a blank name to others too. My messages in any text chat don't send and i don't see or hear others, albeit i see them entering the channel. I've tried everything on the troubleshooting steps page, i could think of: opening NAT, trying on a different network, enabling uPnP, trying on a different operating system, verifying the integrity of the game files, uninstalling/reinstalling. Nothing works and i'm impaired in doing raids/solo playlists and I'm not the only one with this problem.
