The Lectern of Enchantment is saying that I already have an Essence of Isolation in my inventory so I can get the gloves to get the set to play the last Shadowkeep mission (or just next one). However the Essence of Isolation is not in my inventory and I can not progress the quest. I tried killing Fallen but that did nothing. I can't restart the quest because it isn't in my inventory but I can't get a new one because it is. Would love some help from a GM. It was in my inventory at one point but now it is gone :/
