I bought the Shadowkeep package in steam and I haven't received my Season pass.

I bought the Shadowkeep package in steam and I haven't received my Season pass. The first thing I did was buy the DLC and then do a cross-wave to start playing after a long time. I can play the DLC campaign but I don't have the season pass.

The season pass is awarded to the first account that it sees. So for example, you buy it from steam, THEN set up cross save, the season pass is going to be on the Steam account.
