Petition to make the colonel spooky for Halloween!
Ever since Cayde 6 was gone the colonel has just been sitting there doing nothing and I thought it would be nice for the colonel to celebrate events as well.

For some reason I read this initially as “spicy” and I was like, hell yeah fry his ass up!
