Light level advantage is a schtick that doesn’t change up the game much if Iron Banner isn’t right after an expansion. How about enabling team damage instead? It’d teach guardians the importance of team dynamics (like [b][i][u]staying out of teammates sight/strafe lines during battle and not pushing people ADS[/u][/i][/b]). At the very least, it’d retire the repetitious lame duck complaints about ‘not having enough time to power up because I have a life outside Destiny despite thousands of fellow guardians managing a life just fine.’ Will it invite trolls? Sure, but with common sense (backing out of lobbies with trolls, forming your own fireteam so you don’t get trolls, relaxing because it is just a video game and you can turn it off, etc) and it being a limited event, it’ll be fun.
