Gwisin Vest is still abnormally strong in PVP
Is there any other comparable exotic that allows a roaming super to get 12 kills across 40 seconds and keep going? Much less a roaming invisible super with armor? The previous Gwisin bug was obviously a bug but it doesn't feel like Gwisin lost any of its power with that nerf (and obviously, the super itself got way more forgiving). It's frustrating.
