Masterworking and Rerolling Exotic Armor
Please allow for this! I really love Knucklehead Radar but it has an unchangeable sidearm perk and I never use sidearms. Also, I'm unable to get the +5% damage resistance from masterworking it because it just can't be masterworked. The ability to reroll and masterwork exotic armor is something I'm sure almost everyone would appreciate.
