Spawning behind locked doors on strikes
Both strikes and heroic adventures can spawn you on the wrong side of a wall of you die. This gives you no way of helping your fireteam and no way of getting the loot chests (yes I'm aware the loot goes to the Post Master). Spawning on the wrong side is the issue.
