I am a solid 305, I turn in rewards for weekly powerful rewards and some vendors will be 300, others will be 295 at the exact same time. Even rep from vendors drop at 296 and a max of 299. I do get solid 300's sometimes however I assumed this is how it should be when 305? It is making me very anxious as to what I change or store in my vault on each character. It is very unclear to me what exactly it is measuring my power level by or if this does not pertain to that whatsoever and that is just how it is. Grinding for a 295 seems weird when my rare engrams drop at 299. Also it makes getting the exact same weapon I already have over and over again that much worse when it drops lower than I already have everything in my inventory. Thanks.
