Got the perk on my Assembly II, when I unlocked it the bar that represents Stability didn't increase in the slightest. I have the perk (locked) on my Red Spectre, when I hover over it that preview thing (where the portion of the bar you'd gain by unlocking the perk glows green) doesn't show any changes whatsoever. In addition, my Assembly II doesn't show any difference in stability since I unlocked the perk. It was crazy unstable when I got it, it's only usable now because I unlocked Smallbore. I assumed that unlocking Counterbalance would buff the stability even further, but it hasn't affected it in the slightest. The perk description literally says that it increases Stability...so what's the deal? Does Counterbalance actually do anything? or does it increase stability in some bizarre way that's not visible to the average gamer?
