Exotic sword glitch
I trying to find a solution and people say they move the sword to another character infused it then move it back and this causes the glitch but I never move my sword and I done all the quests and my sword is now 296 so what can I do plzzzzz help

Just noticed similar issue, if not the same issue. Have all three swords and decided to start working towards exotics of all three. After finishing the 50/25 kills and talking to shaxx on two toons I logged in to third toon and found there's no quest. Check over several different days, tried going to shaxx with each of the swords equipped (a different sword each day) and nothing seems to re-trigger the quest. Seems stuck and unable to move forward with third sword.
