I am posting this because I am very disappointed in how the updated affected my account after so much personal time I have put in. When my taken King trial update was finished downloading I had my mida multi tool deleted, it was in my vault and I am 100% positive it was there. I have replied to so many of other issues regarding this and the fact that I still have not gotten my suros emblem or shader for pre ordering and spending the extra money on the edition that included the biggest package of taken King Xbox one had to offer. I did however get my moments of triumphs emblem and I do appreciate that but that was only fixed due to it happening to loads of people. There is no email I can contact to customer support which is sad considering even xboxlive support team on the phone or email cannot help due to it being inside destiny servers. I feel like I am being ignored and overlooked because it's one problem but I do not agree with how this has been handled. Below I am leaving my previous complaint that was 100% ignored. I purchased/preordered the best package of taken king for Xbox one and paid over $80 at GameStop and got it at 11:00 Monday night. When I went to log into my character I got the dance moves but I DID NOT receive any suros shader/emblem, I didn't get my moment of triumphs emblem because after I updated it set my golden chest to 0/20. My mida multi tool fully upgraded was deleted from my character and I cannot get from blue prints and I DID HAVE IT BEFORE UPDATE. I have tried to uninstall re install and even did the whole game and waited a full day for it to finish downloading.
