The last 3 weeks on lfg Ive been really unlucky. Teams that average 317 light are struggling on totems regularly. Im not sure what is happening- any ideas? Too soon for Christmas noobs to be 317 so I don't know. Its really been a struggle lately to find a good team.

People get comfortable when they cheese things. For example if I'm always running relic or catching the aura at warpriest then the other guy who's never grabbed it won't know how and will struggle to complete the task due to lack of practice. So what ends up happening is when u go into a raid with others you are limited to what u can contribute and that makes you a poor team mate
