I've only run kings fall a hand full of times. I'm familiar with the totems but can somebody describe the cheese strat to me please?

One guy on each side uses the sword go in and out of the poison with your sword block active after about 10 times in and out the poison no longer hurts you. So then you just stay on the totems and shoot the boom and adds. And hope no knights make it down to you without the four guys in the middle who are doing relic and death singer x10 doing damage to the Knights. Basically just less running. And if you have a lot of hunters just teather the middle all the time and kill everything.
