The current loot system is broken for end game rewards. I cleared Hard Mode for the first time last night and got a 312 chest. 312.
Imagine the horror if somehow you manage to get all your armour to 320 except for one piece at 318, you'll have to grind the raid and hope for a: the right piece to drop, and b: for it to be high enough light.
Make all raid armour 310 or 320, problem solved. You can use duplicate pieces to infuse into other gear.

So the game is dropping a harrowed version armor for you in hm? Seems to be working fine for me.

A harrowed armour piece at 312 light, my existing chest was 310, so a whole 2 light more. Big wow. Totally not worth it. At least with VoG and CE the armour drops were all max light. This new system is even worse than before and even more reliant on RNG

And that's within the value set by the devs. VoG's armor came with max light but there's no diversity at all in terms of perks, so it limit your build.

I know it's working as intended by the devs, my point is that it should be changed because it's even more reliant on crappy RNG than before
