The ability to actually play the content we payed for would be nice. If I’m going to pay for access to content, it’s fair to expect to be able to do SOMETHING in it. Sure, I could hop into the forge event, but I’m already 15 light too low for just the 1st wave. Getting my shit wrecked by overleveled cabal for 5 minutes isn’t fun. The loot doesn’t matter. It’s the fact that the events aren’t doable without grinding out the same old crap. If I wanted to do that I could have WITHOUT buying the annual pass.

  • You can do them @ 614, the reduction of 5 in power has made it a bit easier.

  • Most people can't complete the raids on day one. This is a similar situation. The endgame pve activity for this dlc is the forge.

  • It’s role as an endgame activity gets thrown into question once you take into account that there are more activities that will be shortly following it. There’s a raid and two more forges coming that are tied to this dlc/paid content/whatever you decide to call it. Is that stuff just “more endgame” than this? Wouldn’t it be prudent to give players this initial forge experience at a challenging but completable level to introduce them to the concepts of the forge and provide them with a means to prepare for the upcoming activities that are expected to be more challenging? As things are, it’s virtually impossible to complete any content for this new content, and that’s the crux of the issue.

  • We're probably looking St multiple end game activities. This forge is 630, the next probably goes to 650, and the final forge and the raid will go beyond 650, probably to 660-670
