In case you haven't tried yet, Leviathan normal AND prestige do not drop powerful gear. I do not know about eow or sos normal or prestige but the game just got alot slower. Not entirely a bad thing if you think of powerful gear and prime gear as two seperate things.

I'm just talking about the milestones. I haven't done a raid since it first dropped. Once I beat Callus that was enough for me. But the milestones have always dropped gear at least a couple levels higher than your current power level, but since forsaken dropped they haven't.

In my case, some of them do, others don't. The Flashpoint gave me a 500, Ikora's Bounty challenge gave me a 501 (cause my engram level went up between the time I did them), but I just did the one for the Spider for clearing the four lost sectors and I got a 510 or 511 chest for it; Some of them don't seem to be working properly, others are.

Out of the four items I have over 500 I know that three came from prime engrams. The one from Ikora though I do remember dropping at 500 cause I turned that in right before I did the flashpoint thinking it was going to be higher cause I'm currently 502 and have been since this morning. I did the flashpoint right after hoping I would get something higher than 500 from Devrim for doing the flashpoint but disappointment it seems was the case. If it's a bug I hope it gets fixed soon cause I have a lot of stuff I want to check off my list before I go in for surgery on my hand to fix a bad break from two years ago and I won't be able to play for a while. EDIT: After checking my inventory I found what Ikora gave me but must have over looked it cause it was the ugly ass armor they brought back from D1. I even remember the thought that went through my head when I got it. Something along the lines of "stop giving my that ugly armor, I didn't like in in D1 and I don't like it now." It was 506 and I used it to infuse my current armor. So NVM.
