I really like the matchmaking system. I am a solo player for the most part and find my games to be very competitive and fun with the current system. The lag is annoying, but I'll happily take that in trade to all-star dickheads bagging everyone to feed their superiority complex. I guess I just hated crucible so much Y1 for that reason that I don't want it to make a return to Y2.

Before, someone beat you because he was legit better than you. Now it could be the lag, the architects, or whatever. SBMM is a farce, when lag dictates the skill level.

You play solo, but say you played with a friend that was better. You would be at a huge disadvantage. How are you supposed to progress if you play people with your skill level?

I don't think tearing down a fantastic system is worth it to allow good players to join up with scrubs and dominate lobbies. I'd rather have scrubs join better players and get put in to more difficult lobbies, even if that includes me.

Did you just call Destiny's matchmaking a fantastic system? Dafuq? I can tell you as much that nobody of my friends wants to play PvP with me, because they will undoubtedly get a 0.4 KD in my matches.

A player who has been around for as long as you are, should know where my stats can be found. But DTR gives me a top 1% Elo in Control.
