BTW, I have a warlock character.
In the meantime I've fund this thread and after 30 minutes trial and error I managed to get through this part just to find myself facing an ever more difficult one:

This is absolutely ridiculous, no one explains how the warlock jump works and it's like playing a 30 year old platformer, extremely frustrating, completely spoiled the fun.
Don't buy Destiny 2, unless you love a great deal of frustration.

if you want an easy jumping ability try the hunter and maybe from there you can move onto the titan jump and then if you get real good you can join the warlock master races ;D
