There is no incentive to help my team win. I am there for legendary marks and exotic quests. No one said we had to win to get those.

There are bounties and quests that require you to win matches.

Yeah I am only in it for the sword, the shot gun and the marks. Bungie made me do it. Sorry bout that. I don't do the crucible bounties.
