Dude. A 1/2 year should be no problem. The physical addiction lasts about 72 hours dependent on you (assuming your talking nicotine and not dabs). The rest is mental habit. For instance, I have smoked most of my life, I know smoking more than I know not smoking. I started when I was in the 5th grade like a -blam!-ing idiot. I can break the physical addiction very easily. Then starts the hard part. The longer you do it the longer the hard part will last. I would wake up having nightmares when I stopped smoking (they lasted the entire 5 years I didn't smoke). So if you want to quit, do it now and don't look back. Other wise 10 years from now you will want to quit but your body habit and movements will be hard wired in and next to impossible to change. Habits start as cobwebs and after years will harden into heavy steal cable.
