This happens multiple times, but my other accounts I am having no issues with authenticating. It appears this is due to the Xbox/Microsoft account I was previously using no longer being available as I deleted it several months ago when moving to a new Xbox/Microsoft account. At this point I would just like to remove the existing Xbox/Microsoft from my account since I cannot sign into it any longer and then deactivate cross-save so I can set it back up 90 days from now with my current Xbox/Microsoft account. Please help if possible, it would be greatly appreciated.

    If you cannot sign into/authenticate that account then it will be forever stuck that way. Bungie cannot remove any accounts. Cross save cannot be disabled without all the linked accounts being authenticated. Nothing can be done if Microsoft/Xbox cannot help you get that account back. So in closing you are out of luck. Refer to the authentication section of the link I provided and that is Bungie's official stance on the matter.
