ErrorCannotAuthorize

Whenever I'm attempting to authenticate my Xbox/Microsoft account so I can deactivate my Cross Save and set it up with another Xbox/Microsoft account I get the following message: ''[b]Authentication Error[/b] There has been an error. Please try again later. Click here to return to the front page. If you require more assistance, click here to go to the Help page. There has been an error. Please try again later. Click here to return to the front page. If you require more assistance, click here to go to the Help page. The error code: ErrorCannotAuthorize"

    This happens multiple times, but my other accounts I am having no issues with authenticating. It appears this is due to the Xbox/Microsoft account I was previously using no longer being available as I deleted it several months ago when moving to a new Xbox/Microsoft account. At this point I would just like to remove the existing Xbox/Microsoft from my account since I cannot sign into it any longer and then deactivate cross-save so I can set it back up 90 days from now with my current Xbox/Microsoft account. Please help if possible, it would be greatly appreciated.
