Whenever I'm attempting to authenticate my Xbox/Microsoft account so I can deactivate my Cross Save and set it up with another Xbox/Microsoft account I get the following message:

It appears this is due to the Xbox/Microsoft account I was previously using no longer being available as I deleted it several months ago when moving to a new Xbox/Microsoft account. At this point I would just like to remove the existing Xbox/Microsoft from my account since I cannot sign into it any longer and then deactivate cross-save so I can set it back up 90 days from now with my current Xbox/Microsoft account. Please help if possible, it would be greatly appreciated.
