Iirc it was the previous last gen consoles that were holding back the increase in vault space in D1. Once the game left PS3 and Xbox behind, we got a space upgrade.
I suspect it's the same thing here. Once the peasant boxes are discontinued then we might see an increase?

They actually increased vault space before dropping the previous generation. They had to disable the ability to compare items in the vault on the older systems to do it though lol

Edited by neonsox42: 11/9/2021 1:43:13 PMThen have fun waiting another year. Shortage is likely to last until summer 2022, and you need at least 2-3 months overlap before you drop the previous Gen. It’s also just as hard to get PC part right now too

Oh I'll have fun. I have my PS5 and 500 vault space is plenty for me. I was just pointing out that it's possibly a technical restriction due to last gen, rather than Bungie being spiteful or awkward. 👍

I’m just frustrated since I haven’t been able to find one for under $900 yet, and it been about a year. I’m a broke college student, so can’t afford that much

Must of the US’s stock is tied up on the West Coast rn due to California’s crazy strict laws on shipping companies. Meanwhile I’m here praying that Florida and Georgia follow through and open up Miami and Savanna. Maybe I’ll get one by June ;)
