I applaud you for actually taking the time to work with your ISP and resolve your connection issue instead of blindly claiming that everything's OK.

My service is 400meg from Spectrum upgraded from 100 meg service I had till Oct 31. The modem was incorrectly setup on that day and the tech yesterday apologized for the oversight due to the tech back then not setting it up properly. Thank you for your kind words.

I switched providers myself at the beginning of this season because of an Internet issue that was causing packet loss. I worked with my former ISP for approximately 3 weeks and when it became clear that they were either unable or unwilling to fix the problem, I took action. 99% of the time, there's something that can be done. New provider. New equipment. Proper configuration. Wired connection. Too many players instead choose to do absolutely nothing.

I agree with you both 100% on this. We had someone come in and config everything for both our consoles. It is as rare as hen's teeth that we have any problems.
