Yes you do earn tokens but you cant turn them until you have finished. Its taking ages and I am only on grenade launcher.

Use an SMG for the GL quest, it’s bugged and will not progress with GL kills.

Are the tokens different this season? I was able to turn in some extra tokens I had left over from last season without any issues. I didn't have enough to earn an engram though.

Is your progress for Grenade Launcher kills bugged? Because I've killed about 4 or 5 players with Grenade Launchers and it's still at 0/10 kills, even though I see my name in the kill feed and killed an opponent with a Grenade Launcher.

It is bugged, you need to use SMG kills. Bungie responded to someone yesterday about this. It worked for me and my team mates last night.

lol idk why. Had I not browsed the forums last night I wouldn't have found this out. The only way I got both SMG steps done so quickly is that I brought out recluse against all the other recluse users.
